Our G2.0 series pioneered USB-C Fast (PD) Charging in high-performance bike lights, a genuine innovation that offered incredible convenience. However, the constant vibration, crashes, and exposure to water and debris put significant stress on USB-C ports. Even with multiple refinements to the connection and firmware updates, the stand-alone USB-C cable remained vulnerable to contamination and wear.
The G2.1 series solves this with a keyed 3-pin connector that only fits together in one orientation, creating a stronger, completely weatherproof connection that eliminates user error and significantly improves long-term durability. And here’s the best part: we’ve retained USB-C Fast (PD) Charging capability. Every G2.1 Light System and power pack ships with a USB-C to 3-Pin Charging Cable, so you still get the fast, convenient charging you’ve come to rely on, with a connection that’s built to withstand whatever the trail throws at you.
Bonus: G2.1 Power Packs are fully compatible with G2.0 Light Heads using the included USB-C to 3-Pin Charging Cable.

We’ve also completely rethought what comes in the box. Based on your feedback, we’ve streamlined our packaging to include only the mounting accessories that matter for how you’ll actually use your Light System. No more drawers full of unused mounts.
Helmet Light Systems (X2 Adventure and XS Adventure) now arrive ready for helmet mounting straight from the factory. The Universal Light Mount (GoPro style mount) is pre-installed on the light head, and your package includes everything you need for secure helmet mounting: Universal Helmet Mount, Adhesive Helmet Mount, 3-Pin Extension Cable, USB to 3-Pin Charging Cable, Velcro battery strap, and spare mounting screws. These Adventure sets come with Power Pack 5 (G2.x).
Want to switch things up? The X2 Adventure and XS Adventure can easily be converted to handlebar-mounted Light Systems by adding a QR Bar Mount, available separately. You can also add a Power Pack 10 (G2.x) for longer rides when you need extended runtime for those epic night sessions.
Handlebar Light Systems (X2, XS, and XSV) are configured for handlebar mounting right out of the box. The Universal Bar Mount is pre-installed at the factory, and you’ll receive an additional Universal Light Mount (not installed), 3-Pin Extension Cable, USB to 3-Pin Charging Cable, Velcro battery strap, and spare mounting screws. These sets come with Power Pack 10 (G2.x), giving you the capacity you need for serious riding.
This approach means you’re ready to ride the moment you open the box, with accessories configured for your specific use case. Need additional mounts, accessories, or want to upgrade your battery capacity? They’re all available as add-ons.
